Plain-language baseline for this site and its lead forms.

Information you submit

When you submit a contact or review form, TyFactor may receive the fields you choose to provide, such as name, email, phone number, website, business type, acquisition source, and message.

Why it is used

Submitted information is used to respond to your request, understand the source of the inquiry, and perform the review or work you requested. It is not sold to advertisers.

Call/source attribution

Call handling providers may process caller and called numbers, call status, timestamps, and duration to route calls and maintain operational records. Site sessions may retain campaign parameters and Google click identifiers when present. A call is not attributed to an individual ad click unless a verified link exists.

Google Ads measurement

This site uses Google Ads tags to measure visits from Google advertising, replace the advertising phone number with a Google forwarding number when eligible, and record completed lead-form submissions after the server confirms that the form was saved and its notification was sent. Google may process browser, device, page, and ad-click information and may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement. Calls are not assigned to individual ad clicks unless a verified link exists. The website-call action is configured for observation and does not count as an account-default bidding goal.

Analytics and retention

This site uses first-party telemetry for page sessions, traffic source, phone-link clicks, and form outcomes. Campaign parameters and click identifiers are kept in session storage in your browser. Google Ads tags may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement. Call event records are retained for up to 180 days, site-session and click identifiers for up to 90 days, and call records for up to 365 days for operational follow-up. Telemetry data is not sold to advertisers.
